This is a perishable item, we do not offer full refunds or returns. If the plant is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days and we will to take care of the problem for you. We reserve the right to send a replacement, refund or inform you on how to care for the damaged ones.
All effort and care will be given when pack the plants. However, things may happen once the packages leave us.
